We provide personalized business coaching and life strategy sessions tailored to individual needs. The scope, duration, and frequency of the sessions are determined at the time of engagement and outlined in the service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities

- Commit to active participation and timely communication during the coaching process.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- All fees are non-transferable.
5. Confidentiality
All discussions and information shared during coaching sessions are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, tools, and techniques provided during coaching sessions are proprietary and protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ichalkaranji, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ichalkaranji.
9. Amendments
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy (PP)

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled session.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or partially used service packages.
- In cases of prepaid packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period, subject to availability.
- Refund requests for extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Process for Cancellation and Refunds
- To cancel a session or request a refund, please email us at amitbhide@yahoo.com with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Administrative fees, onboarding fees, or charges for any resources provided are non-refundable.
